| 抄録(和) | NPOによるWEBや携帯電話を活用した弱視覚障害者支援システムは提供されつつあるが,これらの誘導支援システムは特定地域に限定されたものであり,また,盲目者支援を網羅しているわけではない.盲目者自身が自力で外出できる支援システムの研究は,ほとんどないのが現状である.我々は,既存の誘導支援方式を組み合わせることにより盲目者の自力歩行を可能とするナビゲーションシステムVONAVSのインタプライズモデルの構築を目指している.一方,我々は3D電子紹介状や3D_Webカルテによる患者サービス網の広域連携化研究を進めている.本稿では,VONAVSを遠隔画像診断可能な患者サービスクラウドと位置付け,患者サービス履歴情報と3D電子カルテ,リアルタイム画像診断情報との一元管理を試みる.提案するシステムは遠隔診療や救急診療,在宅診療などの新たな広域遠隔連携医療ネットワークの標準モデルとして有効であることを示す. |
| 抄録(英) | The main point of the guidance support method for visually impaired person and blind person is show the possibility of the transmission of accurate guidance information to a spatial position and the guidance destination to a blind person. However, neither the Navigation support nor the blind person supports from home to the destination are performed though Navigation from a station and a specific point to the destination is supporting a lot of current Navigation methods. Then, we have developed a P2P voice navigation system called VONAVS for blind person. On the other hand, we are advancing the research of patient service cloud. In this paper, the unification of patient service history information on VONAVS and patient service information in 3D care card etc. is described. This system is effective also for a remote image diagnosis and treatment, an emergency diagnosis and treatment, and a home diagnosis and treatment, etc. |
