Design of Overlay Router for ISP-Driven Control of Application Network

Abstract(in English) Applications on the Internet are having different traffic engineering requirements, and such requirements often conflict with traffic engineering requirements from Internet Service Providers (ISPs). To overcome this problem, we propose a novel network architecture that constructs a virtual backbone for each application, in which the virtual backbones are constructed by overlay routers managed by ISPs.
