Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Various kinds of contents replication strategies in Pure P2P networks have been researched recently for efficient contents sharing. However, in Hybrid P2P networks, because a server is able to identify each content's location, network load for contents search is relatively smaller than that in Pure P2P networks. Therefore, it is necessary in this environment, to consider restraining storage resources in order to reduce the total cost of contents sharing. From this view point, we propose an efficient contents replication strategy in Hybrid P2P networks and discuss the effectiveness of the proposal by using computer simulations.
