Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As one of periodic broadcasting VANETs for safe driving support, a method using clustering and resource allocation with TDMA is proposed. In this method, some nodes which can directly communicate with one another form a cluster, and a supervising node called cluster head controls timing of packet transmission. It can alleviate the hidden terminal problem and increase reliability of the packet transmission. However, the cluster structure often becomes inappropriate for the reason of change of network topology due to node movement, because the clustering algorithm in this method doesn't begin so much re-clustering. In this paper, we propose a method of cluster mergence considering network condition and evaluate effectiveness of the proposed method by computer simulation.
