Abstract(in English) | We suggested a method which was contour extraction using active contour model with structuring elements and studied about extract layers of vertebrate retina from Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT). In this paper, We obtain extraction Retina Pigment Epithelium(RPE)layer using result which extract two layers of vertebrate retina and edge data which obtain differential filter. We evaluate to obtain extraction accuracy. |
