| Abstract(in English) | ETA is simpler than FTA in tree structure, and it's enable to change effect analysis into cause analysis, if direction of analysis was reversed. From this point of view the Reverse ETA Method is contrived as a cause analysis method. This paper describes the Reverse ETA Method about practical procedure, cautious points and its application instance for process quality improvement. |
