| 抄録(和) | 1930年代のDDTの殺虫効果の発見以来、大量の有機塩素化合物が田畑の農薬として、又工業製品として使われた。その結果、環境汚染、野鳥、魚その他の野生生物、家禽の以上生殖や斃死が発生した。これらの観察結果がひき金となってひろく世界で公害の規制が行われるようになった。ここでは、内分泌撹乱物質について問題発生の原因物質と経過、内分泌撹乱作用のうたがわれる67化合物について毒性(発がん性、催奇規制、内分泌かく乱作用)と化学構造との相互関性、内分泌かく乱物質の作用機序、ホルモン受容体の種類と分布、内分泌撹乱作用の発現に影響を与える生体の条件などを示し、最後にヒトに対する影響についてのアメリカ内分泌学会の2009年発表の声明を紹介する。 |
| 抄録(英) | Since the discovery of insecticidal effect of DDT in the1930's a large amount of organic chlorinated compounds were used as pesticides in the field and industrial materials in the town. As the results environmental pollution, unusual reproduction and death occurred in the birds, fishes, other wild animals and poultry. Estrogenic action of DDT was demonstrated. These observations triggered the world-wide control of the public hazards. I will talk about the causes and the process of the endocrine disruptors' problems, correlation between molecular structure and toxic action of the 67compounds expecting to be endocrine disruptors, molecular mechanism and hormone receptor families of the endocrine disruptors, and others. The statement on the action of endocrine disruptors in human published June 2009 by U.S.A Endocrinological Society will be introduced. |
