Abstract(in English) Preventing accidents based on risk assessment and the constructing collaborative relationship based on risk communication are nominated for important measures for making safety in the future. The former should be originally performed at design stage, but it is important to take in the opinion of the real user so that there will be risk that a designer cannot identify at design stage. The latter is used to open safety information to the public and to be understand by users how safety achieved in cooperation with users, in order for users to feel peace of mind. We focus on the railroad corporation which opens safety information to the public and consider safety and risk communication that are demanded by users based on a questionnaire.
