Abstract(in English) | This paper presents a simple control method for a PFC converter. The proposed method employs hysteretic PWM control. The sum of input voltage and output voltage is fed back to the control circuit in order to improve power factor and regulate the output voltage. As a result of the experiments, power factor improved to 0.99 with the proposed circuit whereas it was about 0.6 without the PFC circuit. |
