Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A novel ZVS half-bridge converter with an integrated magnetic transformer using synchronous rectifier technique and a new control method are presented. In the control method on-times ratio of two FETs are modulated for the stability of output voltage. The voltage across the secondary windings drives synchronous rectifiers. We analyze operation modes and output characteristics of this converter. The integrated magnetic transformer is investigated by finite element method. In the experimental results we have achieved high efficiency of 94.1% at 25A output and reduced loss of 12.9W at 50A output using synchronous rectifier technique.
