Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Lithium-ion batteries and electric double layer capacitors are storage devices which are in contrast in energy, power, and cycle life with each other. In this paper, the combinational effects of these two elements are estimated based on experiments for the design of their coupled power storage apparatus. Differences between their features are examined for their discharging characteristics. Then their parallel coupled module is experimentally discussed. We discuss the effect of combination with focussing on the current flow in the battery.
