| 抄録(和) | 調理動作を料理映像により視覚的に解説するマルチメディア料理レシピを提案する.料理レシピに出現する調理動作の解説としては,テキストよりも映像の方が効果的である.我々はその点に着目し,料理レシピ中の調理動作に対する視覚的な解説を実現するための調理映像データベースの構築手法に関する研究に取り組んでいる.その一つとして,料理レシピ中の調理動作と,料理番組映像から抽出された調理動作の解説映像とを対応付ける技術の研究がある.本稿ではそれを応用し,テキストのみならず映像での視覚的支援を可能にしたマルチメディア料理レシピの作成,およびそれを閲覧するためのインタフェースの試作について報告する. |
| 抄録(英) | We propose a multimedia cooking recipe which provides users with visual explanations of cooking motions with cooking videos. To understand a cooking motion in a cooking recipe, an explanation with a cooking video is more effective than that with only words. Therefore, focusing on this point, we are working on constructing a cooking video database for visual explanations of cooking motions. We have previously proposed a technique which tags cooking video segments extracted from cook shows with descriptions on the cooking motions in cooking recipes. In this paper, we report on the generation of multimedia cooking recipes which consists of both text and visual explanations of cooking motions using the database and also a preliminary interface to browse them. |
