| 抄録(和) | 料理手順を説明するための料理レシピ中には,説明のためにさまざまな表現が存在する.その表現の中には初心者には理解困難な手順が記載されたり,手順の省略が起こったりすることがしばしばある.そこで,我々は初心者にコンパクトに書かれた料理レシピを基に詳細でわかりやすい料理レシピを作成して提供することを目指している.本報告では,そのためにWeb上の料理レシピから詳細な情報を付加する必要があると考えられる手順内の表現の抽出手法について述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | There are various descriptions of cooking procedures in cooking recipes. It is difficult for cooking beginners to understand some of these descriptions since they are too difficult or even omitted. Therefore, we are aiming at arranging existing cooking recipes so that they become easily understandable. As a first step, in this report, we describe a method for detecting descriptions in cooking recipes on the Web, that needs detailed information so that cooking beginners could understand them easily. |
