Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) There are various descriptions of cooking procedures in cooking recipes. It is difficult for cooking beginners to understand some of these descriptions since they are too difficult or even omitted. Therefore, we are aiming at arranging existing cooking recipes so that they become easily understandable. As a first step, in this report, we describe a method for detecting descriptions in cooking recipes on the Web, that needs detailed information so that cooking beginners could understand them easily.
