| 抄録(和) | ソフトウェアの品質を低下させる原因の中で,とくに,ユーザ自身が要求に気がついていないこと,およびユーザが要求を明示した後にも変更するという問題に着目する.このような開発の手戻りを発生させる原因となる要求変更の発生を早期に発見するため,ユーザの要求定義活動を,ユーザの視点から分析した.本稿では調査結果を示すとともに,ユーザ視点による要求プロセスに対するPRINCEモデルの適用可能性を明らかにした.考察では,調査結果から得られた要求変更による手戻りを減らす要求定義プロセスについて論ずる. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper focuses on the quality of software depending on user requirements definition processes. Users may not aware their requirements precisely and sometimes change their requirements after they specify their requirements. To discover the process of user's requirements changes, we got various documents from a user and researched the process of requirements changes. According to the result of our research, we clarify the applicability of the PRINCE model to the user's requirements process and discuss the quality of requirements processes. |
