Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper focuses on the quality of software depending on user requirements definition processes. Users may not aware their requirements precisely and sometimes change their requirements after they specify their requirements. To discover the process of user's requirements changes, we got various documents from a user and researched the process of requirements changes. According to the result of our research, we clarify the applicability of the PRINCE model to the user's requirements process and discuss the quality of requirements processes.
