Abstract(in English) The CyberAgent, Inc. has managed CGM (Consumer Generated Media) service "Ameba". This service gathers 6.5 million users. The most popular service is "Ameba Blog". The data accumulated every month exceeds 30GB (it is text data.). However, the in-house analysis was not done. The new organization was started up in January, 2009 ("Incubation Laboratory"). The purpose of it is to analyze data. The data analysis and the application are developed in "Incubation Laboratory". It introduces two cases in the main discourse. One analyzed the popular word in the blog. It achieves it by the application "Keyword Tracker". Another one is a research of spam for extermination. It achieves it by the application of "spam filter api".
