A Query Method of Corrected Snapshot of Database during Online Entry

Abstract(in English) Previous studies shows that batch query processing about database accompanied by data correction can be performed using the bitemporal database, which is a kind of temporal databases, without undergoing influence by the online entry. However, in the actual system operation, there are data that take time by being entered. Therefore, these bring up the problem that we can't query the result, which reflects the corrections, by the conventional methods. This paper proposes a query method, by which the snapshot of the designated time reflects the corrections done after the time. Moreover, we applied it to a mission-critical system, and confirmed its effect.
