Abstract(in English) Magnetic temperature sensor is a temperature sensor which used the temperature sensitive magnetic substance as the thermo-sensitive device. The temperature sensor can realize contacted type temperature measurement which does not have a self-heating by a DC excitation. Since the temperature characteristic of the magnetism of the temperature sensitive magnetic substance changes with the various factors of a manufacturing process, it is not easy to obtain suitable magnetic-temperature characteristics. This report describes a control approach of the magnetic-temperature characteristics of the temperature sensitive magnetic substance.
