| 抄録(和) | 効率改善を目的として高調波処理が施された高出力増幅器においてその高調波輻射を抑圧するためにフィルタを導入する場合,同フィルタには通過域にて極力低損失となるとともに,高調波処理を阻害しないためにその阻止域にて低反射な特性を呈することが求められるが,通常のフィルタは抵抗素子を含まないリアクティヴ回路により構成されるため阻止域にてほぼ全反射となってしまう問題があった.そこで本稿では上述した要求を満足するフィルタとして,基本波とその2倍波にて動作する2周波ウィルキンソン分配器とリアクティヴな帯域阻止フィルタからなる反射波吸収型フィルタを提案し,その動作原理およびX帯における試作結果について述べる.また2周波ウィルキンソン分配器の設計は,均一長の分布定数線路の従続接続により構成される2周波インピーダンス変成回路の合成問題に帰着されることから,本稿では回路合成理論に基づき開発した同変成回路の設計ツールについても簡単に紹介する. |
| 抄録(英) | Harmonic-termination technique is often introduced to RF high-power amplifiers in order to boost its efficiency. At the same time, a harmonic-rejection filter is also employed to suppress the harmonic emission from the amplifier. In this case, a low-reflection property in stop-band is required to the filter, in addition to a low-loss property in pass-band, so as not to interrupt the harmonic termination in the amplifier. However, most of the microwave filters consist of reactive elements, and it is impossible to realize the low-reflection property in its stop-band. To address the problem, a reflection-absorptive band-rejection filter (BRF) is proposed in this paper, which consists of a dual-band Wilkinson power divider and a pair of conventional reactive BRF. Furthermore, a circuit-synthesis tool of a dual-band impedance-matching network consisting of commensurate transmission lines is also presented, since the design of the dual-band Wilkinson power divider attributes directly to the synthesis. |
