Abstract(in English) Calibration systems for magnetic probes used for measurements of time varying magnetic field in the intermidiate frequency range (300Hz~10MHz) are investigated. The goal of this work is to develop the calibration system which is easy to operate and has high reliability. As a preliminary examination, two types of coil to generate uniform magnetic field, which are the Helmholtz coil and the Merritt coil, are employed for the components of the system. Uncertainties of the calibration system are evaluated by considering several factors, which are due to the degree of reliability in measurement instruments and the geometrical configurations of coils. It is found that the Merritt coil has advantage over the Helmholtz coil, because the uncertainty is suppressed smaller level and the Helmholtz coil, because the uncertainty is suppressed smaller level and the calibration system with the Merritt coil become compact size and easy to handle.
