Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Cascaded Optical Modulation scheme is a system where input laser light is modulated by cascaded external optical modulators one after another. The system can add new data in many places. We examine dropping (removing) channel in Cascaded Optical Modulation scheme with PD, Filter, LD. If the system is realized, we can drop needless data and add new data in the empty channel. In this paper, the necessary electronic filter characteristics to realize the system and the system realization probabilty are reported. |
