Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Electrospray deposition (ESD) is the method in which charge droplets by a high electric field applied to a solution contained in a syringe are sprayed from the nozzle and fabricate a thin film on the substrate. Poly(1,4-phenylene) (PPP) and poly(4-diphenylaminostyrene) (PDAS) of soluble polymer semiconductor thin films by ESD were controlled by the concentration of the spray polymer solutions. The SEM images in these PPP and PDAS thin films revealed particles with a diameter of several-10μm formed by nanostructures. In addition, photoelectric transducer property was observed in the device (ITO/PEDOT:PSS/active layers/LiF/Al) having PPP/BzC_<60> or PDAS/BzC_<60> as active layers.
