Abstract(in English) | Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN) system using 60GHz unlicensed band is most promised candidate for next generation Wireless super broad band system in Home, Office and Industry applications. Standardization process of IEEE802.15.3c is finalizing within this year. This paper focused on 60GHz RF-CMOS design, miniature transceiver module with RF-CMOS and evaluation technique for high bit rate signal transmission such as EVM measurement. |
