Abstract(in English) | High-quality video distribution service is required on higher band-width networks like a NGN (Next Generation Network) and LTE (Long Term Evolution). Under the circumstances, we need to accurately manage the band-width allocation per each stream data to keep a high quality with low cost. And, we have developed a sophisticated video distribution system on which we can test the network quality concurrently. This system realizes more direct way to test the network quality compared to traditional testing method. In this article, we introduce the details of the system architecture and its various usages. |
