Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The users have come to access the Internet easily and can utilize various network services such as Weblog, SNS or net shopping service in the Web20 era. They can utilize the personal opinion or Weblog services which show the validation of articles and good bargain articles in the community. Then they can purchase articles effectively by net shopping. Although the access log or bookmarks of the web browser can be utilized in the net shopping, the detail information of the shopping, such as maker names, brand names, model numbers and prices can be difficult to memorize. This paper presents the new user support system for net shopping and shows the outline and function of this system. The operation and processing flow of this system are also mentioned. Then the user activity is analyzed from the network access log and is categorized into the several patterns. The user can be supported by this packet analysis and activity estimation. The prototype system is constructed and the operation of the experimental system is confirmed.
