Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a new electric power network which achieves the energy-saving target without reducing the QoL (Quality of Life) by associating electric power networks with information networks. The proposed network aims for reducing CO_2 emission and energy consumption. We define QoEn (Quality of Energy) and then we use the technorogies for guaranteeing QoS guarantee on IP to realize power resource reservation and QoEn routing. For simplicity, we make assumption of a domestic network with some constraints. For keeping a higher QoL, we propose new mechanisms (1) high-priority demands can obtain the power supply firstly (interrupt control) and (2) the clients which don't need immediate power supply wait for a constant time for avoiding interruptions (waiting reservation control).
