Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we formulate two kinds of the overhead to support IP mobility in two architectures which are NEMO Basic Support that IETF is standardized and our proposed MAT. Here, the overhead means signaling overhead such as management of care-of-address in handover and communication traffic overhead between nodes. Next, we experimentally evaluate and compare signaling overhead of address management servers by SHISA, NEPL, and MAT that are implementation of two IP mobility architectures. Through these evaluations, we considered the scalability of IP Mobility architectures.
