Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper introduces a novel framework of ambient memories, in which ubiquitous or ambient systems can perform as the media that record human activities and provide them for supporting humans. However, the records can be worthless or even annoying if they are simply taken or given to humans without any guidelines. In this research, we focused on cooking support by providing videos, we investigated the problems on acquiring videos and presenting them, and examined several possible approaches for them. For example, annotations by captions, video decomposition, presenting multiple videos, timing control of video presentation, and their combinations are examined. In our experiments, good guidelines were obtained through several subjective.
