抄録(和)	騒音の定義が「望ましくない音」であって,全く主観的なものである故に,物理量である等価騒音レベルL_で規定された現行の環境基準では人によっては不十分となりえる.前報では,騒音の心理的側面を表す「うるささ」の程度(全く気にならない,気にならない,あまり気にならない,少しうるさい,うるさい,かなりうるさい,非常にうるさい)と等価騒音レベルとの対応関係(騒音評価尺度)が人の感度によって移動する事実から,「あまり気にならない」と「少しうるさい」の境界を心理的側面の許容値と定義し,評価尺度を介して許容等価騒音レベル(ANL:Acceptable Noise Level)を推定するロジスティックモデルを構築した.本報では,そのモデルに従った「うるささ」騒音計を製作し,一般学生と幹線道路沿いの住民に対する現場試聴実験から,その有用性について検討した.結果から,(a)被験者の心理的反応の経年変化(1982年～2009年)は少ないと言えること,(b)幹線道路沿いの住民44名のうち91.8%のANLは環境基準45dBを上回り,「慣れ」現象の一端を伺い知ることができた.
抄録(英)	The environmental quality standards for noise (including road side areas) in Japan, it is insufficient because noise annoyance is defined with subjectivity. In our previous papers, an annoyance scale (not annoying at all, not annoying, a little annoying, somewhat annoying, annoying, very annoying, extremely annoying) using the most frequency used annoyance ratings related to noise for community noise assessment in Japan was constructed. The logistic prediction model was developed using the logistic regression parameters estimated from each cumulative percentage curve of seven annoyance scale scores based on all data (n=2940). In this paper, a noise annoyance meter for prediction of individual acceptable noise levels was developed and its usefulness was verified. The data collected in a field-listening survey in Nagano using this meter (6 students and 44 residents that live in adjoin to trunk roads). From the results, it can be found that (a) noise annoyance reactions of residents do not change over the years (1982-2009), and (b) acceptable noise levels obtained from 91.8% of the residents are higher than the environmental standard of 45dB.
