| 抄録(和) | 動画像における連続するフレーム間の物体移動速度ベクトル場を推定するためにマルコフ確率場を用いたデジタル動画像の確率モデルを構築し,それを平均場法を用いて反復的に解く.その際,正則化項の不適切な規格化に起因する「平均場の発散」が生じる.本稿ではこの発散を回避するため,正則化項にスケーリング係数を導入することでエネルギー関数を書き換え,このハイパーパラメータを最適化することで速度ベクトル推定アルゴリズムが安定に動作することを示す.得られた最適スケーリング係数を周辺尤度最大化規準と照らし合わせて検討し,平均場方程式の時間発展の振る舞い/統計的性能をエネルギー関数,平均自乗誤差,およびビット誤り率を介して定量的に評価する. |
| 抄録(英) | We examine a mean-field iterative algorithm to estimate motion velocity vector fields in successive digital images based on the Markov random fields model in Bayesian statistics. We find that mean-field variables in the iteration diverge due to the improper normalization factor of the regularization term appearing in the energy function. To avoid this difficulty, we attempt to rescale the regularization term by introducing a scaling factor and optimizing it by means of minimization of the mean square error and the bit-error rate. It is revealed that the optimal scaling factor is close to the value that minimizes the mean-field approximated marginal likelihood function. From the dynamical behaviour of energy, mean square error bit-error rate, we confirm that the optimal scaling factor stabilizes the mean-field iterative process of the motion velocity vector fields estimation. |
