| Abstract(in English) | Opnext Japan, Inc developed SFP+ER. This 10Gbit/s Optical Transceiver is 40km SFP+ with uncooled EA-DFB. The power consumption is less than 1.5W. And there is no influence of cross talk generated miniaturizing on receiver sensitivity. SRS met the specification (-11.3dBm OMA) enough. |
