Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Simulink, widely used in the development of embedded systems, is able to generate code automatically and simulate systems. It is very useful for validating Simulink models, however the models have low reusability. On the other hand, UML is used for object oriented software, and it is possible to make software asset quality high. Consequently, in this study, we propose a model transformation method from Simulink to UML, and from UML to Simulink. We applied our method for Simlink model of an inverted pendulum robot, added some functions to this robot in UML, and transformed from UML into Simulink model. In conclusion, we state findings from the example. |
