Parallel programming interface for large scale image processing

Abstract(in English) In recent years, researches of intelligent image processing by computer have been studying actively. In most of these researches, a large amount of still and moving images taken by a number of cameras are used. Enormous amounts of computation are needed for these researches, so that computation can't be completed by sequential processing in many cases because of the shortness of time for computation. It is thought that this issue can be solved by parallel processing using a number of computers. But novices of parallel processing will make inefficient programs and bugs, because developing parallel programs needs specialized knowledge for parallel processing. For expert of parallel processing, a huge effort is also needed to make efficient programs. The authors propose a method to develop parallel program without specialized knowledge and consciousness for parallel processing.
