Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We describe the analysis of gray zone in QOS (Quasi-One-junction SQUID) working as a 1-bit comparator. However we have already developed the QOS comparators and estimated their gray zones as the current sensitivity, the gray zones were calculated only by experimental results. In this work, we demonstrated that the transition curves in QOS comparators are similar in both experimental and simulation in increasing bias current for QOSs. However the width of gray zones by experimental results did not agree with simulation results. The circuit and noise parameters used in this simulation may not agree with the parameters in the experiments. It is important to adjust these parameters precisely for analysis of gray zones in QOS comparators.
