Abstract(in English) The Science Information Network (SINET3) is an information and communication network infrastructure connecting universities and research institutions of Japan to promote research and education. SINET3 is constructed and operated by the National Institute of Informatics (NII). This paper briefly describe reliable network structure and operation for stable communication services as the information and communication network infrastructure.
