Abstract(in English) The current global business environment is characterized as a global, horizontal specialization and a vertical specialization type business with severe competitions and close cooperation. In this business environment, there are three problems, (1) Enterprise Global competitiveness acquisition problem, (2) Industrial structural problem of lacking balance, (3) Aged society problem, in Japan. On the other hand, with the cooperation of the real world and the digital world like both wheels of the car according to the progress of the network technology, the conditions that can be examined by reducing the problem of the real world to digital information on the digital world are being satisfied. Aiming at the settlement of these three problems from the aspect of network collaboration of the telecommunication field, "The Network System of Digital business -type Local Community" that creates "BA" of whole share and partial share, and connection and integration of individual, organization knowledge and social knowledge is proposed
