Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, the Visible Light Communication (VLC) technique has attracted attentions because of its merits, such as high security and convenience. In general, Light-Emitting Diodes (LEDs) are used as a sender. And the communication standard for it with LEDs has already been enacted. But today, from the viewpoint of light source, is transit period from fluorescent lamps (FL) and incandescent lamps to LEDs. Under these backgrounds, this time, we started a study of VLC techniques with an FL by digital controlled electronic ballast and we achieved VLC with FL.
