Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Methods for monitoring and analyzing office workers' behavior are in demand to improve work efficiency. This paper presents a wide coverage monitoring method for office workers by connecting video recognition with PC operation records. This method classifies office workers' video images with no PC operations into active working time and non-active time using video images with PC operations. Experiments using 22 person-day records show that this method achieves 75% rate of discrimination between working states and suspended state in spite of no need for supervised data. On the other hand, a previous method is 61% rate. This result shows that office workers' behavior can be monitored not restricted to PC operations.
