Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When we utilize Direct Sampling Mixer (DSM) in multi-standard receivers for channel selection, interference can be caused by signals at odd-times frequencies as the frequency of desired signal. We propose a novel structure of DSM including harmonic rejection with pseudo-sinusoidal pulses and show the measured result of a test-chip we implemented. We achieved about 20dB higher 3rd HRR than that of conventional one.
