Abstract(in English) NICT has been researching Cognitive Wireless Clouds (CWC) in which a cognitive terminal and a network reconfigure themselves to realize the most suitable link for user's preferences and the requirements of applications by aggregating the commercial/non-commercial wireless accesses by using collected information. We have implemented the CWC system which has link aggregation function and network reconfiguration manager distributed cooperation function. The former function enables terminals reconfigure broadband virtual link dynamically and separate packets into suitable rates and the later function enables NRM select and extract information from other NRMs autonomously. We will demonstrate the performance of it. In this paper, we have listed and compared several distribution methods of NRM and explained the implementation of the CWC system.
