Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We proposed a User-driven Service Creation Platform (USCP) which enables users/groups to construct a secure private network. USCP enables easy construction of purpose-driven virtual networks by separating signaling and data paths, and using an authentication mechanism which utilized the cellular network infrastructure. In this paper, we describe the device authentication method supported by NFC enabled mobile phones. The proposed method uses NFC function for reading device IDs, exchanging resources information and transferring pre-shared keys which encrypt communication channel. In this method, mobile phones are also used as key devices for virtual network construction such as generating pre-shared keys and choosing service. By utilizing easy operations on portable mobile phones, our approach will increase the quality of user experience.
