| 抄録(和) | 出荷判定は数値化可能な定量的な評価と,数値化できない傾向や技量のような定性的な評価を総合的に判断し実施される.Jasst(ソフトウェアテストシンポジウム)では安心・安全な製品を出荷すべく「寸劇から学ぶ出荷判定」と題し出荷判定会議を実演し出荷判定のノウハウを抽出しようというような試みがなされているが,未だ明確な出荷判定の体系は確立されていない.本研究では出荷判定は開発担当,品質保証,保守,営業などの複数の担当者の意思決定であるととらえ,グループの意思決定法を出荷判定に応用し,出荷判定を支援するシステムの実現を目指す.本稿ではKepner-Tregoe法の意思決定法である決定分析DA(Decision Analysis)を用いた,出荷判定支援システムの仕組みについて述べる. |
| 抄録(英) | We totally decide the release with the quantitive evaluation and qualitative evaluation. In order to deliver safe products, Jasst (Software Test Symposium) holds a meeting named "release decision learned from a skit", and tries to get the know-how for the release decision. However, Jasst has not established a certain system for release decision. On this paper, the authors regard the release decision as the decision making by many staffs who are in charge of the development, quality warranty, maintenance and sales. The authors apply this decision making to the release decision, and aim to realize the system which supports the release decision. This paper also describes the structure of release decision support system by using DA (Decision Analysis) which is one of the decision making methods of Kepner-Tregoe Program. |
