Abstract(in English) | The TM_<0n0> mode cylindrical cavity resonator which can change the temperature of the object sample in the wide area is created for measuring the temperature-characteristic of the complex permittivity of various organic liquids and fine powders. From these results, I can classify the correlation of the dielectric characteristics and heating behaviors by the microwave device into six types. |
