Abstract(in English) Input impedance of the antenna is shown to be explained with the cascaded circuits, consisting of an antenna's conductor and the coupling with space derived by Chu. With the results, miniaturized dual-band antennas are shown to be realized with lumped elements embedded in the antenna. Improved pattern orthogonality is demonstrated for the dual-band antenna with the EBG.
