Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, a novel experience-based learning support system with dual arm interfaces is proposed. By using two force feedback interfaces, the rigid body in the virtual laboratory can be operated effectively. Additionally, the force generated from contact among objects is calculated by impulse-based dynamic simulation. Experiments have been conducted with six subjects to confirm the feasibility of the proposed system. These experimental results indicate that the proposed learning support system can help learners to study about elementary dynamics for rigid body.
