Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) For the improvement of the teacher's activity in the university education, the teaching portfolio is adopted in the process of faculty development. On the one side, it is said that to make the teaching portfolio and to carry out self-reflection based upon the teaching portfolio are effective. However, the self-reflection might depend on the teacher's career, sentiment towards educational problem-solving and passions for his/her students. So it is not easy for the university teachers to carry out the self-reflection objectively and correctly. In this paper, the authors have proposed the method which realizes reflective thinking concretely and clarifies the point of class improvement using the teaching portfolio.
