Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Our research group has evaluated "Flex Power FPGA" which can reconfigure the power from the viewpoint of software and hardware. This paper describes the Flex Power FPGA chip with power reconfigurability in addition to circuit reconfigurability is design and fabricated in 90nm CMOS technology. Moreover the dedicated software for Flex Power FPGA is developed. The bit stream of 16 bit counter circuit is generated by dedicated software and it was implemented on the Flex Power FPGA chip. As a result, complete operation of the 16 bit counter on the designed chip was confirmed.
