Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A physical object's presence is thought to be important while using an optical see-through HMD. Because the object produces a cue for user's viewing position and interaction with a virtual image which displayed on a HMD. We studied differences of a perception when a projected virtual image displayed on to an object, such as a wall or a file, and without a target of projection. As a result, it has become clear that a physical object's presence is effective as a cue in the use of HMDs. And we introduce an HMD based interaction system using the cue of a physical object's presence.
