Abstract(in English) | Analysis and accumlation of skills by experts is essential for the transmission of these skills to young workers. In our previous study, we analysed hand skills on burner works in grass processing. Results indicated that the stable rotation of a glass bar during heating in fire contributed to the speed of production and the accuracy of their products. In the present study, we investigated how the stable rotation of a glass bar is achieved by the expert. For the purpose, we compared finger movements and hand poses among technicians with different skill levels, and found differences among them. With these resutls, we discuss how these differences contributed to the production of the stable rotation of a glass bar. |
